Covid-19 Update

December 19, 2020 Update

We have received information that, unfortunately, a member of our congregation has tested positive for COVID -19. Therefore we are suspending our in-house meetings immediately. That means this Sunday December 20 and next Sunday December 27 we will be live streaming our services only. The Christmas Eve service will also be suspended as well, Joan and I will do a Live from the Living Room session from our home at 6 pm. We will look to resume our in-house services January 3 with special music and baptisms.

We do not make this decision lightly or out of fear. We know that some will be disappointed, but feel it is the responsible thing to do to care for our entire church family. We recommend that people meet as families and watch the live stream together, enjoying fellowship and worship in a small group setting is amazing and fulfilling. We will keep you informed as we move forward in these unusual days.

Due to patient privacy the information on the person is unable to be shared. However, if you were in close contact with that person the Ontario County Health Department will get in touch with you while performing contact tracing. The policies and disinfecting practices we follow weekly combined with shutting down for two weeks will hopefully stop any potential spread.
